Cannot login to iPhone App

I have newly downloaded iPhone app. the app does not offer the subdomain section, it says, 'PagerDuty" Wants to use “pagerduty.com” to sign in. and show to section

What ticket is this?? This is a very unhelpful response. I’ve been facing this issue as well and now have to jump through extra hoops to get the answer…

Hey Xenda, I’ve done this and have waited 2 days for no response, as of right now I’ve missed 6 alerts because of it…

Also in addition, I’ve read both of these articles and they’re both irrelevant to my scenario, hence why I reached out here and to support.
